Elite Drive Europe – RR Eventservice GmbH


1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all chauffeur, limousine, and VIP transportation services provided by RR Eventservice GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) to its clients.


2. Conclusion of Contract

(1) All offers are non-binding and subject to change.
(2) A binding contract is only concluded upon written or electronic booking confirmation.
(3) For short-notice bookings, confirmation may also be given verbally (e.g., by phone).


3. Services

(1) The Provider offers professional chauffeur services with high-quality vehicles.
(2) Services include in particular:

  • Airport transfers
  • Business and event transportation
  • Hourly services
  • VIP and concierge services

(3) Additional services (e.g., security, interpreters, special equipment) must be agreed individually.


4. Use of Vehicles

(1) There is no entitlement to a specific vehicle model, only to a booked vehicle category.
(2) The Provider reserves the right to use equivalent or higher-class vehicles if necessary.
(3) All vehicles are licensed, insured, and comply with legal requirements.


5. Prices and Surcharges

(1) All prices are stated in euros plus applicable VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
(2) Additional charges may apply for:

  • Night services (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
  • Public holidays
  • Additional mileage
  • Extended waiting times
  • Special requests

(3) Parking fees, tolls, access charges, and expenses will be charged separately.


6. Payment Terms

(1) Invoices are payable immediately without deduction unless otherwise agreed.
(2) The Provider may require advance payments or credit card guarantees.
(3) Individual payment terms may be agreed for corporate clients.


7. Cancellation Policy

(1) Cancellations must be made in writing.

(2) The following cancellation terms apply:

  • Up to 48 hours before service: free of charge
  • 48 to 24 hours: 50% of the fare
  • Less than 24 hours: 100% of the fare

(3) Different conditions may apply for hourly bookings or event services.


8. No-Show

(1) If the client does not appear at the agreed pickup location, the full fare will be charged.
(2) The driver will observe a reasonable waiting time:

  • Airport pickups: 60 minutes (including flight tracking)
  • Other services: 15 minutes

9. Waiting Time

Additional waiting time will be charged according to the applicable hourly rate.


10. Flight and Train Delays

(1) If a valid flight or train number is provided, arrival times will be monitored.
(2) Delays are accommodated within the included waiting time at no extra charge.
(3) Significant changes may result in price adjustments.


11. Client Obligations

(1) The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate booking information
  • Arrive on time
  • Comply with safety regulations

(2) The client is liable for:

  • Damage to the vehicle
  • Excessive soiling (e.g., vomiting → cleaning fees)
  • Behavior of accompanying passengers

12. Conduct in the Vehicle

(1) Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
(2) The use of illegal substances is strictly forbidden.
(3) The driver may refuse service to passengers in case of inappropriate behavior.


13. Liability

(1) The Provider is fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.
(2) In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations.
(3) No liability is accepted for:

  • Traffic delays
  • Force majeure
  • Unforeseeable events

14. Luggage and Personal Belongings

(1) Luggage is transported with due care.
(2) No liability is accepted for loss or damage unless caused by gross negligence.


15. Subcontractors

The Provider is entitled to use qualified subcontractors.


16. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy on the website.


17. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

(1) German law applies.
(2) The place of jurisdiction is Berlin for merchants and legal entities.


18. Final Provisions

(1) Amendments must be made in writing.
(2) Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
